Delighted to announce that Thought Press Project has re-launched for 2025, with the theme of ‘Sound & Vision’! Inspired by the classic song by David Bowie.
The project runs with up to 100 UK printmakers kindly donating their artwork to raise funds for The Children's Book Project and Edible Rotherhithe.

Alongside @ediblerotherhithe, our second charity this year is @childrensbookproject. This is a great charity that seeks to tackle book poverty, and give every child the opportunity to own their own book.
Book ownership has been directly linked with improved mental health amongst children and a greater propensity to read for pleasure, whilst reading fluency itself has a significant impact on children’s successful progression through education.

"I struggled with inspiration with this year's "Sound & Vision" theme, until I hit on the idea of a lighthouse."

"A Guiding Light" depict's a lighthouse shining its beam across a stormy sea, guiding ships away from dangerous rocks as the waves crash below.

Open edition linocut, image size 8"x6". Printed in a choice of black & red, or aegean blue , onto white Kent printmaking paper.
