Delighted to announce that Thought Press Project has re-launched for 2025, with the theme of ‘Sound & Vision’! Inspired by the classic song by David Bowie.
The project runs with up to 100 UK printmakers kindly donating their artwork to raise funds for The Children's Book Project and Edible Rotherhithe.
Alongside @ediblerotherhithe, our second charity this year is @childrensbookproject. This is a great charity that seeks to tackle book poverty, and give every child the opportunity to own their own book.
Book ownership has been directly linked with improved mental health amongst children and a greater propensity to read for pleasure, whilst reading fluency itself has a significant impact on children’s successful progression through education.

We were delighted to be hosted by Milestone Studios in August 2024. The exhibition featured prints from printmakers around the UK who donated their work to Thought Press Project. The exhibition raised funds for Edible Rotherhithe and Place2be.
The exhibition’s theme, ‘Bring Me Sunshine’, was interpreted in so many amazing ways, so great to see people checking out the prints which helped us to support two incredible charities benefitting children and young people with their mental and physical health and wellbeing.
Milestone Studios and Gallery was open on Saturdays during August from 11am to 4pm.
On the Bank Holiday weekend in August there were some special print demos and activities.
